                               RESOLUTION NO. 20106
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                   INC. RELATIVE TO THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
                   AND DESIGN FOR THE UPGRADE OF THE HYDRAULIC
                   CAPACITY AT THE MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER
                   TREATMENT PLANT FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   FORTY-TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($42,500.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to the preliminary engineering and design for the 
upgrade
       of the hydraulic capacity at the Moccasin Bend Wastewater
       Treatment Plant for a consideration of $42,500.00.
